The Tzuri Gueta workshop is located in the heart of Paris where Tzuri, who has degrees in both design and textile engineering, first invented the technique of blowing silicone into lace which became the foundation of all of his work. Tzuri’s pieces are hand made, no machines or molds are used. Each piece is unique – one may have a fuller shape, another may have a more subdued color – suggestive of the natural world, on land or in the ocean depths, and imbued with a mysterious, poetic quality.
“My team and I focus on the interaction with the material. We are attuned to its demands and its quirks, as well as to all of the amazing combinations it offers.”
